How did you enjoy the snow? My kids had a blast building snowmen & having snowball wars. I have been creating cool family coffee table books. My clients will treasure these for years to come. They make great gifts for the grandparents too.
Already booking up for spring shoots & having fun with many newborns. I love my job. Hope you have a blessed day.

FALL 2010

Football season is underway. Leaves are changing. I love this time of year! I have been busier than ever. This is my favorite time to take outdoor pictures. We have a God given colorful palette of leaves that adds to any family portrait. Just to let you know... we have many new choices for Christmas cards. If your interested I can show you the many pre-formated versions or we can custom design a card to fit your personality. We have all types of press print or metallic photo cards to choose from. I also have many new indoor backgrounds to choose from if you prefer that over outdoor shots.

Recently on Regis & Kelly Live

  One of the Christmas cards I made for a client won  a contest on Regis & Kelly live.  It also was printed in the Longview News journal this weekend.   Regis & Kelly commented on air how great the photography was.     I have been very blessed this month making Christmas cards .....ordering photo books.... & getting to do what I love.   Being a part of perserving memories for my clients.   What a blessing....

  Wow.... Christmas is almost here.   If you have children like I do.....the excitement is building!   We are trying to teach our children that Christmas is not about presents (however they are getting some).... but it is about the birth of Jesus.    I am sure that you have MANY family traditions.   We have a Christmas count down that the kids update daily.   They made a gingerbread house with their mom.   Of course, we make cookies for Santa & leave sugar cubes & carrots out for the reindeer on Christmas Eve.    We also bake a cake  & sing Happy Birthday to Jesus.    Whatever the tradition....We try to keep Jesus the reason for the season.   

  Take lots of photos to remember it all by....kids only are little for a short time.    Check back to see some special offerings after the start of the year.   Wishing you & your family a Merry Christmas & a very Happy New Year.

Happy Holidays!!

What a great time to gather with extended family.   I enjoy the holidays.  Last night the kids  played in a great big leaf pile.  What fun pictures we captured.  They will soon make cookies for Santa & create a ginger bread house.   Traditions & the holidays go hand in hand.

Are you enjoying the Fall weather?

Fall is a favorite season of mine.  I love watching the kids get excited over carmel apples.   It is also a GREAT time to capture festive pictures.  The God given backdrop of fall foilage......beautiful red, orange , & yellow tones are plentiful.   What are your family traditions for fall?  Our kids love to collect leaves & make colorful works of art with them.  No matter what your traditions & fond memories of fall time are.....most childhood wonder can be remembered best by a family photo.   That is what I have been doing in the past few weeks.  Creating ....(not posed shots) but works of art ....that express the lives of my clients perfectly.     So, call me to book your fall session.  It is an investment in preserving the FANTASTIC traditions of your family....that will last a lifetime.
